Return & Refund Policy – Allymo

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be unused and unworn, with original tags attached and in the original packaging. You also need to provide proof of purchase such as a receipt or order confirmation.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at allymo199204@gmail.com.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Important: Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at allymo199204@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on sale items and gift cards.

Exchanges

We do not entertain exchange requests. If a return is approved for exchange-related cases, only 70% of the order amount will be refunded and a 30% charge will be deducted.

  • An opening video of the package is compulsory to raise any exchange or return request.

  • The product must be returned in the same condition as received, in its original packaging, unused, and in perfect condition.

  • The original invoice must be included with the return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. It may take 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your account.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund. If more than 5 to 7 business days have passed after approval, please contact us at allymo199204@gmail.com.
